We hire slowly and train well — because the person we send into a client's home represents everything we stand for.
Every BonHeart role below is independent contract work, not employment. You're not on our payroll — you set your own availability, and you pick up client jobs that fit your schedule through the BonHeart platform (currently in development), which also handles case management. It's flexible work you can do alongside other commitments, not a full-time job.
